What is it?

(from Wikipedia) SAS (Statistical Analysis System) is a software suite developed by SAS Institute for advanced analytics,multivariate analyses, business intelligence, data management, and predictive analytics.

What is available?

The University has subscribed to the Education Analytic Suite via an Eduserv CHEST agreement. This is described as the ‘most commonly used’ applications. Full details can be found on the CHEST website. The University has not taken up any of the options.

*** from Jan 2020 – July 2020 SAS includes the Enterprise Miner extension. Should there be ongoing demand for this module, it will be renewed site-wide in August 2020. ***

Academic use on or off campus by staff and students.

How can I get it?

  • Live from Apps Anywhere
  • Request install to University Computer from DTS Service Desk
  • Request media/keys from the DTS Service Desk

When does the license/agreement run till?
